Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the 39 bd platform and all associated services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the platform and each registered member.

Registration Conditions

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Using the service from multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or by members of the same household is prohibited.
• It is the account holder's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access to an account must be reported to 39 bd support immediately.

Account Verification

To ensure security, 39 bd reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. A digital copy of a government-issued identity document such as a national ID card or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

No person under the age of 21 may register on 39 bd or use its services. By registering, the user confirms that they are at least 21 years of age.

39 bd reserves the right to verify a member's age and identity through documents at any time. If a member is identified as a minor, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

Allowing another person to use your account, especially a minor, is strictly prohibited and will be treated as the most serious breach of the Terms.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals on 39 bd:

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (the same for all methods).

• Only deposits from the account holder's own mobile banking account are accepted.

Withdrawal Conditions

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it becomes withdrawable. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once (unless the offer's own terms state otherwise).
• When playing with a bonus balance, real money is used first, then the bonus.
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• No bonus should be considered as direct cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on the 39 bd platform are subject to the following rules:

• Each game and betting market has its own rules, which must be read before play begins.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault (server issue, disconnection), 39 bd will determine the outcome according to log records.
• Attempting to gain abnormal profit by exploiting a technical fault is a breach of the Terms.
• In live sports betting, the outcomes of in-play markets follow the decisions of the relevant sports authority.
• 39 bd reserves the right to void bets in the case of an obvious pricing error.

• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

Upon account closure, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, 39 bd reserves the right to forfeit the balance of any account closed due to a breach of the Terms.

Intellectual Property and Ownership Rights

All content on the 39 bd platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 39 bd or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or commercially using this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Members may use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

39 bd makes every effort to maintain service quality, but liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical faults.

• Faults in the member's own device or connection.
• Loss resulting from the inadvertent disclosure of account credentials.

Changes and Updates to Terms
